Corruption and bulldozing

The problem is:

She put in a motion to withdraw and it was NOT signed by the judge. Then she put in this continuance as if I, Rebecca asked her to do it and wanted it. And the judge granted the continuance because it protects me as the plaintiff to be a ble to have time for new representation to take over my case.

But I did not ask for the continuance. I explicitly did NOT want a continuance.

He signed the continuance. Because she wrote it in MY name “now comes the plaintiff Rebecca Brewer” asking for more time.

But he has never dismissed her from my case. So I am unable to put in my own motions. I can’t even TALK to the court system at all because I am still officially represented by this bitch who wants to be off the case because according to the case file she sent me…she has not done any work on the file since 4 months ago. Just the motions for sanctions for failure to provide response to our discovery requests. That money goes to HER. And she’s trying to leave with it.

So I’m stuck with this dishonest bitch putting motions in to the judge AFTER requesting her own withdrawll just ten days before pretrial conference. And she’s telling me - you idiot, you don’t get to contact the judge. That’s against the rules.
